HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
All orders placed by Midday AEST will be shipped that day(*). Time required for delivery is dependant on location.
* Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day.
WE DO NOT OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY. We use an overnight service which means most capital cities will receive our parcel the next day, although Adelaide, Perth and Darwin may take up to 2 days. Country areas, especially NT, may take longer.

We'll make sure your Champagne gift is securely packaged and sent promptly, but we can't be responsible for any delays or damage once the gift leaves Champagne Messenger
WHEN THE CHAMPAGNE GIFT ARRIVES
Gifts are delivered during courier/office hours i.e. Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM.
Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate destination for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Also, it is requested that you authorise for the Champagne gift to be left at the reception in the event that the recipient is not available to sign for the delivery.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes, we need a street address.
